After "Deutsche Wohnen" took the place of "Lufthansa" in the german stock index DAX (Deutscher Aktienindex) it is mandatory that "Deutsche Wohnen" increases revenue and profit. A look at the houses the chinese seller Alibaba is presenting on his site it could be an option to make money with the offers even in Europe - and as a consumer you could start thinking that you wasted your money if you build and bought your house in Europe without Alibaba (how much was it in your lifetime in comparison with this offer?). The difference for a layperson looking at the luxury villa from Alibaba (between 188 and 288 US-Dollars per square meter) and the one sold in Spain (Villa Minerva, sold for 799 000 Euro) is little or not existant. It is for the buyers at Alibaba as if they bought at Zara and not at Gucci. But Zara clothes might last for a very long time and be of a very good quality - and if you are interested in nice clothes only it might be enough. Consumers usually do not think about salaries paid (if they are not informed about) or intellectual property or genius or tradition of handcraft and they surely do reject responsibility for economic wellfare while shopping for themselves - understand the stile and copy it with much cheaper and more simple elements but make it look equal is the well known strategy of Zara - and your customer will be your king. Architects and other intellectual groups, craftsmen maybe too, might become bare producers of ideas for many. It is for sure that such changes will have a huge impact on economies of the so called developed countries breaking up supply chains.
