Middle class on fight

Uprising of the middle class, this is a title in the swiss newspaper "Basler Zeitung", (17/11/2018), about the protest against the french president, Emmanuel Macron. Which leadership style do you prefer? Is the case some months ago with the sabotage of a staff member at Tesla only an exception or has it become normal? Tesla founder Elon Musk did not fire a member of his staff, he filed a complaint. It can be discussed if his leadership style is not clear which might lead members of his staff to do things they are not authorized to do. Leadership must and can probably be learnt, but normally it is and it was enough to be the boss, paying the staff for the work they do for him, which included rules of respect from both sides. In the old middle class, the bourgeoisie, staff members were welcome when they adopted the corporate identity and even if they started to behave like the leading family in the sense of following a respected example. A staff member could become a leader but he had to respect his boss. Things do not change as much over years and centuries as one would think sometimes. Employes could drive the more expensive car but they knew their limits. It was not possible to start commanding the head using his own style against him or against his family members or to organize a staff group against the rulers. Madame de Meuron, a member of the old patricians in Berne, Switzerland, became freakish for many when she insisted on such rules. It is documented that she said once to a simple person who sat down in church on the seat of a respected family: "Im Himmel ob sy mer mynetwäge alli glych, aber hie unde wei mer einschtwyle no Ornig ha!" (Up in heaven we are equal if you like but here down on earth we want to continue with orderlines.) One might hope that the person did understand the meaning which is not natural in an globalized economy.
