The italian label OVS (pronounced in Italian "oviesse"), low cost and stylish, will give some young ideas to the label Charles Voegele. OVS SpA is part of Coin SpA and will take over the swiss label who was advertising in the past with actress Penelope Cruz, but could not reach the financial turn around. OVS has already started to bottom his italian chic to a more middle class mixture with less elegance (compared to the fashion offered before) - a style sold by the Charles Voegele Holding. If the stores will be looking more like OVS than like Charles Voegele it might be a successful take over.
