Temporary

The state of emergency will end one day because sovreignity is manifested in a suspension of law (as the italian philosopher Giorgio Agamben is explaining in his short essay "Le due facce del potere 4: anarchia e politica" from  the 17th of March in "Quodlibet"). What about those who turned anything inside out to be able to continue, with their business, for example, during the pandemic, e.g.? Will they hear sentences like: "These were temporary measures. Finally we can go back to normal."? The first problem will be to find the normal because it was substituted.in many cases and time was not wasted but used.
