Severe transformations

Regarding some severe developments at the financial markets like the consequences of low or negative interest rates and  concerning measures against Covid-19 not able to stop the pandemic and leading to more restrictive rules we surely have to ask where the reason for these problems is hidden. The italian philosopher Giorgio Agamben is becoming straightforward in his short essay „Intervento al Senato del 7 ottobre 2021‘, part of his Quodlibet interventions. Fascist tendencies cannot be ignored, according to Giorgio Agamben, a situation juridically and morally not normal, when citizens are left by the state to their own responsibility regarding vaccination against Covid-19, while the same political institution, the parliament, is making laws against the unwilling with penalties if thèse rules are not accepted.

The more, the „Greenpass“ is a possibility to oblige people to accept vaccination and to observe individual behaviour virtually. According to Agamben we passed the limits between a „society of discipline“ and a „society of control’ which is severe, in the interpretation, because of a transformation of institutions and paradigms of government, in the name of biosecurity and control. Politics should become again politics, is the statement of the italian philosopher. So should parliaments reduce decrets of organisations and persons that have nothing to do with the parliament (in the text: „(…) che col parlamento hanno ben poco a vedere.“
