Ambiguity

World has become a safer place in the eyes of a large majority, as it seems to be, since Mohamed bin Salman, crown prince of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, pushed the country to reforms seen in the west as an opening and a progress. How quickly the new image can break away to old convictions of arabs to be despots is shown somewhat too obvious, a bit like in a Hollywood strip, in the refuse of the participation of western leaders at the "Davos of the desert" after the saudi journalist Jamal Kashoggi disappeared while no proofs exist until now that the saudi regime is involved. One has to notice that the journalist is saudi himself. If one imagines the french President, Emanuel Macron, or the british Prime Minister, Theresa May, to be accused in the same way after a french or british journalist disappeared, it would, one can assume, not lead to a stop of a globally important enconomy meeting. And the objective of Saudi Arabia to list Saudi Aramco with 2 trillion dollars as the biggest enterprise ever on the bourse, more than warmly welcomed by western and global finance because it would stabilize the system is becoming a clattering of coins in this context - it might be just a show of concurrence overall where economy competition is mixed with machism, racism and sexism well hidden and cleaned in a competitive race between competitors that leads in some western middle class areas maybe following the example to new behaviours like showing power through money and even to private relationships linked mainly to financial power not to sympathy. It would maybe be helpful if Mohamed bin Salman would start to wear well cut suits, but in the eyes of some western investigators it would make it probably more difficult because he could be considered then as a western criminal.
